Booking Instructions

Welcome to our booking page!  Are you wondering how to book a Wonderland Factory event?  You can book your event in 5 easy steps.

Step 1: Click Book a Party

Step 2: Select the drop down arrow from our calendar and select your party date, time, and party package. If you do not see the party time listed that works for you, PLEASE PLEASE contact us. We are happy to work with you on theme, different times and party types. The scheduling software we use has limits and we are happy to work with you and override our software as long as something is not previously booked.

Don’t forget your Add-ons!

Step 3: Create an account using your email address and review our policies and procedures.

Step 4: You’re almost done!  Pay your non-refundable deposit which is $150 to secure your date.

Step 5: You will receive a confirmation email confirming your party date and time.  Three days prior to your event, final headcount and party balance must be paid in full.

Step 6:  Our waiver link will be emailed to provide to your party guests.  Each party guest must have a signed activity and photo release waiver.
